Why is there 160pcs Sticker over 200pcs on packaging?

At Stoneybois™, we take transparency seriously, and we want to thank our customers for their continued support as we navigate the challenges of running a small business. We understand that you may have noticed a discrepancy on our packaging - a sticker with "160" placed over the original "200" print. We want to assure you that this was not a mistake, but rather a necessary correction that we made to ensure accuracy and fairness in our product packaging.

The reason for this sticker is simple - a miscommunication on our end with our manufacturers led to a discrepancy in the packing count. When we increased the amount of cotton on our swabs, we found that 160 of them fit comfortably in the 200 count size box. Unfortunately, this was lost in translation with our manufacturers, who printed the original "200" count on the packaging.

However, as soon as we were made aware of the situation, we took swift action to correct it. We made the decision to add a sticker with the correct count of "160" on each box before making any sales. We immediately fixed all marketing and branding both online and social media to display the proper count. This was done to ensure that our customers receive the exact number of swabs they paid for, and to avoid any confusion or disappointment.

We hope that you can appreciate our commitment to honesty and accuracy in our product packaging. We believe that transparency is key to building trust with our customers, and we want to reassure you that we will always be upfront and honest about any issues that may arise.

In closing, we want to thank you for your continued support and loyalty as we grow and evolve as a company. We hope that the 160-swab boxes with the "200" misprint sticker will one day become a rare and treasured item among our customers. But until then, we remain committed to providing you with the highest quality, most accurate product packaging possible.
